Terms of Service
Last updated 26 October 2026 · Shifting Atoms, Sweden
The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Shifting Atoms, Sweden (“we”, “us”), for your use of Pitwall. By signing in or using Pitwall you accept them. If you use Pitwall for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf, and “you” includes that organisation.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
Accounts and workspaces
- You must be at least 16 and give accurate account details.
- Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- A workspace's owner and admins decide who can join it and what each person can do. They can change your role or remove you from the workspace.
Your content
You and your organisation own what you put into Pitwall. You give us permission to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to run Pitwall for you, including sending it to the services you choose to connect. We don't claim any other rights to it.
You are responsible for your content and for having the right to use it. Don't upload anything you are not allowed to share.
Acceptable use
Do not use Pitwall to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- upload malware, or try to get into accounts, workspaces or systems you are not allowed to;
- disrupt or overload the service, or get around its limits or security;
- harass people or send spam, including through invitations.
We may suspend access that breaks these rules, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
Connected services and AI features
Pitwall can connect to other services, such as Google Calendar and AI assistants, and includes “Draw with Claude”, which uses Anthropic's AI. Using another service is also subject to that provider's terms. AI-generated output can be wrong or incomplete, so check it before relying on it.
Price
Pitwall is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you in advance, and you won't be charged unless you agree to them.
Changes to Pitwall
Pitwall is evolving. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something you rely on, or plan to stop running Pitwall, we'll give you reasonable notice and a chance to get a copy of your content.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Pitwall at any time and ask us to delete your account at [email protected]. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Our Privacy Policy describes what happens to your data afterwards.
Warranties and liability
We work to keep Pitwall reliable and secure, but we provide it “as is” and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for Pitwall in the 12 months before the claim, or SEK 1,000 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for gross negligence or intent, or your rights as a consumer.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes go to the Swedish courts, with the Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the first instance. If you are a consumer, you keep any right to bring a claim where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll update the date at the top, and tell you in the app or by email before a significant change takes effect. If you keep using Pitwall after that, the new terms apply.
